02 — How the trial works
Four steps.One email each way.
- 01 Request the installer Enter your email above. A download link arrives by email and stays valid for 24 hours.
- 02 Install and launch Run the installer on the Windows workstation you want to review on, then start RAW Sequencer.
- 03 Send your Machine Code On first launch the application shows a Machine Code. Email it to rawcgi@outlook.com.
- 04 Get your 7-day key A trial licence for that machine is issued by hand and sent back to you — usually within a few hours.
Worth knowing before you download
- RAW Sequencer will not open until it is licensed. On first launch it shows a Machine Code and waits for a key — that is expected behaviour, not a broken install.
- Keys are issued by a person, not a server. There is no automatic activation, so allow a little time between sending your Machine Code and receiving the key.
- The trial is the complete application. Full playback, comparison, annotations, colour tools and contact sheets — nothing is disabled or watermarked.
- The key is issued for the Machine Code you send in. For workstation changes, reinstalls, or additional machines, contact rawcgi@outlook.com.
03 — What to try first
Test it on the shot that is annoying you today.
Load a rendered EXR sequence straight from disk. Stack two versions and wipe between them. Put six iterations on one timeline. Annotate the frame that is wrong and export a contact sheet. That is the whole pitch — seven days is plenty to know whether it fits your workflow.
04 — Before you download
Check the machine first.
There is no macOS or Linux build. If your machine is below these specs the trial will still run, but playback of high-resolution sequences will not represent what the application can do.
